This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Designer - UX/UI & Design Systems based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to shape end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile platforms in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will take ownership of the full design lifecycle, from user research and UX strategy to high-fidelity UI execution and design system development. The position requires a strong balance between product thinking and visual craft, ensuring solutions are both user-centered and business-driven. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership teams to build intuitive, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences. A key focus of the role is creating and maintaining robust design systems that ensure consistency across all product surfaces. You will also leverage user insights and product data to continuously iterate and improve usability, engagement, and conversion. This is a highly collaborative role where design directly influences product growth and customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product design activities, including user research, UX strategy, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design across web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform product decisions and design direction.
  • Translate research insights into user journeys, personas, flows, and actionable product recommendations.
  • Design scalable and responsive interfaces using tools such as Figma, ensuring high-quality UI execution aligned with product goals.
  • Build and maintain design systems, including components, typography, color systems, spacing, and interaction standards.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to ensure seamless implementation and developer-ready design handoffs.
  • Use product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) to evaluate user behavior and continuously optimize UX performance.
  • Run experimentation and A/B testing to improve engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.
  • Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and usability best practices are embedded in all design outputs.
  • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI design roles, preferably in SaaS or digital product environments.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, product problem-solving, and high-quality UI execution.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
    • Solid understanding of UX principles, usability testing, responsive design, and interaction design.
    • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems.
    • Ability to translate business and user needs into clear, effective design solutions.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
    • Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics insights to improve product experiences.
    • Bonus: experience with SaaS, enterprise tools, or large-scale design systems, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
