This role focuses on enabling large-scale modern workplace transformation through secure, automated, and cloud-based end-user computing solutions. You will work at the intersection of DevOps, infrastructure engineering, and digital workplace technologies to support enterprise environments using Microsoft-centric platforms. The position involves designing and optimizing virtual desktop infrastructures, endpoint management systems, and cloud workplace services to ensure seamless and secure employee experiences. You will contribute to modernization initiatives that integrate automation, CI/CD practices, and DevSecOps principles into workplace engineering. The environment is highly collaborative and international, requiring close interaction with stakeholders across infrastructure, security, and business teams. This is an impactful role for someone passionate about building scalable, efficient, and future-ready digital workplace ecosystems.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, implement, and support Modern Workplace solutions including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Manage and optimize endpoint management platforms such as Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Azure AD (Entra ID).
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub to support automation and DevSecOps practices.
  • Implement automation and scripting solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and system reliability.
  • Support cloud migration and workplace modernization initiatives across complex enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira) to deliver infrastructure improvements.
  • Ensure secure, stable, and high-performing digital workplace services for large-scale organizations.
  • Engage with stakeholders across international teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Requirements:

    • 6+ years of experience in EUC, workplace engineering, infrastructure, or modern workplace environments.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.
    • Solid expertise in Microsoft ecosystem technologies including Intune, SCCM/MECM, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Microsoft 365.
    • Proven experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
    • Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell or similar).
    • Experience working in large, complex, international enterprise environments.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and tools like Jira.
    • Bonus: Microsoft, Azure, or Citrix certifications and experience in retail or supply chain environments.
