  • Own observability and reliability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response best practices
  • Ensure security best practices including encryption, secrets management, WAFs, and compliance alignment (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Support production systems with a focus on uptime, performance tuning, and proactive issue resolution
  • Requirements:

This role requires strong hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and software engineering, ideally within high-scale or fintech environments.

    • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
    • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or Pulumi)
    • Deep experience with AWS or GCP, including core services such as compute, networking, storage, and databases
    • Solid understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, VPCs, routing, load balancing, and secure connectivity
    • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in production environments
    • Strong scripting ability in Python, Go, Node.js, or Bash for automation and tooling
    • Experience with observability platforms (Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, or similar)
    • Strong security awareness, including secrets management, encryption, and cloud security best practices
    • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, consulting-style or client-facing environments
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Benefits:

      • 🌍 Fully remote working model with global collaboration opportunities
      • 🩺 Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
      • 🏖️ Generous unlimited PTO policy with encouraged time off
      • 📈 High-impact projects across fintech, crypto, and enterprise clients
      • 🚀 Fast-paced environment with strong autonomy and ownership
