Jobgether · US

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst based in the United States.

This role plays a critical part in shaping competitive, compliant pricing strategies for complex federal proposals across a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The Senior Pricing Analyst leads the development of detailed cost models, pricing volumes, and financial narratives that directly influence win strategies for large-scale government opportunities. Working closely with capture, proposal, technical, and subcontracting teams, you will translate technical solutions into defensible and strategic pricing structures. The position requires strong analytical rigor to balance cost realism, compliance, and competitiveness while aligning with customer expectations and contract requirements. You will also contribute to Price-to-Win initiatives, helping shape deal strategy through market intelligence and competitor analysis. Operating in a highly collaborative, remote-friendly environment, this role demands precision, agility, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines. Your work will have a direct impact on securing mission-critical federal contracts.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development of compliant pricing proposals, cost volumes, and financial deliverables for federal bids as both prime and subcontractor.
  • Build and maintain detailed cost and pricing models, including labor, materials, subcontracting, and overhead assumptions in collaboration with SMEs and project teams.
  • Analyze RFP requirements (Sections B, H, L, M, PWS/SOW) and develop pricing compliance matrices and structured cost narratives.
  • Drive Price-to-Win (PTW) strategies through competitive analysis, benchmarking, and market research to inform pricing decisions.
  • Coordinate with capture and proposal teams to align pricing strategies with win themes, technical solutions, and execution plans.
  • Evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing, ensuring cost realism and alignment with procurement inputs.
  • Prepare financial summaries, pricing volumes, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making and bid approval.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and historical cost databases while ensuring compliance with FAR, CAS, and contract-specific regulations.
  • Support negotiations, fact-finding, and audit responses with customers, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years in pricing, finance, business, or related fields.
    • Proven experience in federal government pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue modeling for complex contracts.
    • Strong track record of leading competitive pricing efforts, ideally on opportunities exceeding $50M.
    • Deep understanding of federal contracting structures including T&M, CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FFP, and IDIQ models.
    • Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, DCMA, and DCAA compliance requirements.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
    • Experience with GWACs, managed services, SaaS pricing, and multi-year contract structures.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex pricing logic into clear narratives.
    • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams.
    • Willingness to support proposal deadlines, including occasional evening and weekend work.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation aligned with experience
      • Fully remote or telework flexibility within approved U.S. states
      • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
      • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions
      • Paid time off, holidays, and leave programs
      • Short-term and long-term disability coverage
      • Exposure to high-value federal contract opportunities and strategic pricing initiatives
      • Collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on innovation and impact.
