Accountabilities:

  • Build and manage your own independent financial advisory practice by developing a sustainable and growing client portfolio.
  • Establish strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and providing tailored insurance and wealth solutions.
  • Actively prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities through community engagement, referrals, and personal outreach.
  • Deliver ongoing advice-based financial planning support to help clients achieve long-term financial security and stability.
  • Represent the brand professionally in your community while maintaining high standards of service, ethics, and client care.
  • Manage your business operations independently, including pipeline management, time allocation, and revenue growth activities.
  • Continuously strengthen your expertise in financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Requirements:

    • Valid Life Insurance License (LLQP or equivalent) and/or Mutual Funds License, or willingness to obtain required certifications.
    • Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, wealth management, or other consultative, client-facing sales environments.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships that translate into long-term business growth.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience running a business or managing independent sales targets.
    • Strong networking, prospecting, and business development skills with a proactive approach to generating opportunities.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills with a disciplined, self-driven approach.
    • Resilient, accountable, and motivated personality with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
