Senior Full Stack Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Brazil.

This role is an opportunity to help build and scale a modern open-source security infrastructure platform used to manage secrets, certificates, and privileged access at global scale. You will work across the full stack, contributing to both frontend and backend systems that power mission-critical security products used by engineering teams worldwide. The environment is fast-paced, high-ownership, and deeply technical, where engineers are expected to take initiative and solve complex distributed systems challenges. You will collaborate closely with senior technical leadership while also engaging directly with enterprise users to shape product direction. The work spans core platform development, new product lines such as PKI and SSH infrastructure, and experimental applications of AI in security workflows. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly influence the reliability and scalability of foundational security tooling.

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack features using modern JavaScript technologies across React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Build and evolve core platform capabilities supporting secrets management, secure access, and infrastructure security services.
• Contribute to the development of advanced product lines such as PKI, SSH, and key management systems.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to define architecture, technical direction, and scalable system design.
• Work directly with enterprise users to gather feedback, refine requirements, and improve product usability.
• Experiment with AI-driven approaches to enhance security infrastructure and developer tooling.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security across distributed cloud-native environments.
• Participate in rapid iteration cycles, shipping high-quality features while continuously improving existing systems.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with JavaScript ecosystems, particularly React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong full stack engineering background with experience building scalable web applications and backend services.
• Deep attention to detail and strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and reliable code.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with ambiguity, making informed decisions quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience tackling complex system design and scalability challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Based in North America or South America.
• Nice to have: experience with Go, DevOps tools, developer platforms, or open-source contributions.
• Nice to have: prior startup or founder experience and exposure to security infrastructure systems.
