The Job:
As Senior Specialist, Regulatory Affairs, you will be part of our Product Conformity Team and support the alignment of our products with applicable regulatory requirements for the European market. You will provide regulatory guidance across the product lifecycle, maintain compliance documentation, and help integrate regulatory and risk-based considerations into cross-functional processes.
You’ll get to:
Lead European regulatory affairs activities and provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements for product development and market access.
Define and drive regulatory strategies for new products, product changes, and lifecycle compliance in the EU.
Own technical documentation, conformity evidence, and regulatory decision-making for complex products and projects.
Lead risk-based regulatory assessments and ensure safety and compliance requirements are robustly integrated across the product lifecycle.
Act as a senior partner to R&D, Quality, Operations, Product Management, and leadership teams on regulatory matters.
Assess changes in EU legislation and standards, determine business impact, and drive implementation and continuous improvement.

Extensive, long-term experience in Regulatory Affairs, EU market access, product compliance, or product stewardship.
Strong expertise in the European regulatory landscape and related product conformity requirements / safety standards (EN 62841 / EN 60335).
Long-term experience in cooperation with notified bodies, certification bodies, and external regulatory partners.
Deep knowledge of risk management, regulatory documentation, and conformity assessment processes.
Strong technical understanding of electrical products, with preferably deep knowledge of electronics.
Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to guide stakeholders and operate confidently in complex international environments.
