Accountabilities:
In this role, you will lead clinical operations strategy, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while managing teams, clients, and performance outcomes across healthcare programs.
- Oversee clinical and operational processes to ensure alignment with patient safety standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.
- Lead and develop large, distributed teams, ensuring performance management, coaching, engagement, and workforce effectiveness.
- Manage client relationships by ensuring service quality, resolving escalations, and delivering value-driven healthcare solutions.
- Drive operational improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Ensure strong fiscal management, contributing to revenue targets, cost control, and overall profitability goals.
- Translate strategic vision into actionable operational plans in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, ethical standards, and data protection requirements across all operations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate combines strong clinical leadership experience with operational and financial acumen, alongside the ability to manage teams and complex healthcare environments.
- Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent healthcare-related qualification.
- Active and in-good-standing nursing registration in a Canadian province or territory.
- Minimum 10 years of telehealth or clinical nursing experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience in patient safety, clinical governance, and healthcare quality management systems.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality service outcomes.
- Solid financial and operational management abilities, including budgeting and performance tracking.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage performance, and drive accountability.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to improve processes and manage operational complexity.
