WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team for Nike India, reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition – APLA & ITC. You will work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and global TA teams to build Nike’s early career talent strategy, while strengthening long-term relationships with key universities across India.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who can build and scale university recruiting for Nike India, with a clear focus on long-term partnerships and creating a strong early talent pipeline.

This role needs a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on ownership. It’s not just about running campus hiring cycles — it’s about building sustained engagement with the right institutions and stakeholders, and shaping how we show up on campus over time. You should have a strong understanding of the India university landscape, be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, and be able to translate business needs into practical, scalable hiring programs.

You should also be comfortable working in a build phase, where clarity and ownership matter more than defined playbooks.

  • 7–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong exposure to university or early career hiring

  • Experience in building or managing university relationships and campus hiring programs

  • Good understanding of Tier 1 and Tier 2 tech and management institutes in India

  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions

  • Exposure to employer branding and campus engagement initiatives

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will own and drive university recruiting for Nike India, with a focus on building long-term campus partnerships and a consistent early talent pipeline for the business needs.

  • Define and drive the university hiring strategy in line with business growth plans

  • Build and manage relationships with an evolving set of priority colleges and universities

  • Lead campus engagement efforts to strengthen Nike’s presence and relevance on campus

  • Design and execute early talent programs – internships, graduate hiring, and conversion sprints

  • Work closely with business leaders and HR partners on workforce planning for early talent

  • Build high-quality and diverse talent pipelines across key skill areas

  • Ensure a seamless and consistent candidate experience across all campus hiring journeys
