This role plays a key part in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality HR transactional support within a global shared services environment. You will be responsible for managing HR data administration activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring systems such as Workday are updated with precision and consistency. The position operates in a fast-paced, high-volume setting where strong attention to detail and process discipline are essential. You will collaborate with HR teams, managers, and employees to resolve queries, improve workflows, and enhance overall service delivery. Accountabilities:
- Provide accurate and timely HR transactional and data administration support across hire-to-retire employee lifecycle processes within a shared services environment.
- Manage HR cases using ticketing and case management systems while ensuring SLA and KPI targets are consistently met.
- Maintain and update employee data in HRIS platforms, including Workday, ensuring high levels of accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
- Support process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending enhancements to HR service delivery.
- Prioritize and execute daily workload in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment while maintaining service quality standards.
- Collaborate with HR teams, managers, and global stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, data protection standards, and continuous improvement frameworks such as CORE principles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 2–4+ years of HR operations or shared services experience.
- Hands-on experience managing HR transactions and employee data in HRIS systems, with Workday experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes including hire-to-retire lifecycle support.
- Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments with strict SLA and KPI requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across multiple levels of the organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, global, and time-sensitive operational environment.
