This role serves as a senior-level talent advisor responsible for leading complex and high-impact hiring across the organization. You will partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to translate organizational priorities into effective and structured hiring strategies. The position goes beyond traditional recruiting by shaping hiring decisions, elevating interview quality, and ensuring disciplined, data-driven selection practices. You will bring strong market intelligence and sourcing expertise to ensure access to high-quality, diverse talent pipelines. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence stakeholders without direct authority and guide them through ambiguous or challenging hiring needs. This is a highly strategic role where your expertise directly impacts organizational capability, growth, and workforce quality. You will also contribute to strengthening overall talent acquisition practices through mentorship and continuous improvement.
Accountabilities
- Partner with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs and translate business priorities into structured recruitment strategies.
- Lead intake sessions to establish success profiles, role expectations, and talent market insights for each search.
- Provide expert guidance on sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, and structured interviewing practices.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines.
- Leverage talent market intelligence and recruiting analytics to inform hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments focused on capability, motivation, and cultural alignment.
- Guide hiring teams in competency-based interviewing and structured selection methodologies to ensure consistency and fairness.
- Manage offer strategy in collaboration with HR and compensation teams, ensuring competitive and equitable packages.
- Communicate total rewards effectively to candidates and manage offer negotiations to achieve successful outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment regulations including EEO, OFCCP, and DOL requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation, ATS records, and compliant hiring processes.
- Mentor and support other recruiters, contributing to capability building within the talent acquisition function.
- Manage external recruiting vendors and ensure effective utilization of search partners when required.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and hiring quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in corporate, agency, or RPO environments.
- Proven experience leading complex and hard-to-fill roles across professional or leadership functions.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders on hiring strategy.
- Experience designing and executing sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing and talent mapping.
- Strong knowledge of labor market trends, compensation structures, and recruiting analytics.
- Experience conducting structured, competency-based interviews and guiding hiring decision processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex searches in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of compensation frameworks including base, bonus, and incentive structures.
- Experience ensuring compliance with employment regulations such as EEO, OFCCP, and DOL requirements.
- Proficiency using ATS platforms and recruiting technologies to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience mentoring or supporting other recruiters is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with iCIMS or similar ATS platforms, public company environments, or manufacturing labor markets is a plus.
