This role sits at the center of a high-performing R&D hiring organization, driving the full lifecycle recruitment of top-tier engineering and technical talent across a global footprint. You will act as a strategic partner to engineering and product leaders, shaping hiring strategies that directly impact the growth and direction of core technology teams. The environment is fast-moving, data-driven, and highly collaborative, requiring strong stakeholder influence and a deep understanding of competitive technical talent markets. You will own complex searches end-to-end, from sourcing and market mapping to negotiation and closing. Beyond execution, you will help refine recruiting processes, improve hiring systems, and elevate the overall candidate experience. Accountabilities:

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and R&D roles, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality engineering talent across distributed teams.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation for engineering and technical roles
  • Act as a strategic partner to engineering and product leadership, aligning hiring plans with long-term business and product goals
  • Build and execute data-driven sourcing strategies and global talent pipelines for highly competitive technical profiles
  • Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and pipeline analytics to hiring managers and talent leadership
  • Manage complex offer negotiations including equity, compensation alignment, and candidate closing strategies
  • Drive process improvements, hiring efficiency initiatives, and operational excellence across the R&D recruiting function
  • Requirements:

    You bring deep expertise in technical recruiting, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to hire top engineering talent in competitive markets.

    • 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth technology environments
    • Proven track record of hiring software engineers and engineering leaders across US or global markets
    • Strong understanding of technical roles, engineering org structures, and software development environments
    • Experience with compensation negotiation including equity packages and competitive offer management
    • Ability to analyze hiring funnels, market data, and talent trends to inform recruiting strategy
    • Strong communication and influencing skills with executive-level stakeholders and hiring managers
    • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments requiring adaptability and ownership
