You will play a critical role in expanding a US-based R&D ecosystem while also supporting global innovation hiring needs. Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for US-based technology and innovation roles, supporting teams across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Infrastructure, Security, Product, Blockchain, and Trading Technology.
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent from leading tech companies, fintechs, AI organizations, quantitative trading firms, and research-driven environments.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines across key US tech hubs and niche engineering communities.
  • Partner closely with engineering leaders and executives to define hiring needs, workforce plans, and long-term talent strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing market intelligence, compensation insights, and competitor hiring analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Lead executive and niche searches for senior and business-critical technical roles requiring deep sourcing expertise and assessment rigor.
  • Ensure high-quality hiring outcomes by managing multiple complex searches while maintaining strong candidate experience and delivery standards.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
    • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house within high-performing tech organizations or within leading executive search/recruitment firms.
    • Proven track record recruiting technical talent across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, or Trading Technology.
    • Strong familiarity with the US technology talent market and competitive hiring ecosystems.
    • Experience in fintech, digital platforms, crypto, quantitative trading, or high-growth tech environments is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing, executive search, talent mapping, and market intelligence gathering.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior technical and business leaders.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to operate effectively in global, cross-functional environments.
    • Highly proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
