MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Support & Cross-functional Collaboration
•    Support Brand teams in developing digital marketing strategies for assigned brands or therapeutic areas.
•    Translate brand objectives into actionable digital plans and execution roadmaps.
•    Assist in identifying: 
o    Customer journey touchpoints
o    Appropriate digital channels (social, email, search, display, webinar, website, KOLs, etc.)
•    Provide input and recommendations based on campaign performance and digital insights.
2. Campaign Execution & Partner Collaboration
•    Lead the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns
•    Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners and manage agencies to set up media activities.
•    Manage and follow through internal processes of digital team to run campaign
•    Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and in compliance with regulations.
•    Support alignment between internal teams (Brand, Medical) and external partners, agency.
•    Ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration across stakeholders.
3. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
•    Monitor campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis
•    Identify optimization opportunities and propose improvements
•    Work with agencies to implement optimization actions.
•    Prepare performance reports: 
o   Post-campaign reports
o    Key insights and recommendations
4. Digital Platforms & Asset Management
•    Support the management of digital assets: 
o    A:care website: manage the website and work closely with Medical team to maintain website good performance and organic growth.
o    Social media channels
5. Regional Asset Initiation & Setup
•    Act as the point of contact to initiate the rollout of digital assets in the APAC regions (e.g., websites, new platforms).
•    Support in setting up initial foundations, including basic structure and localization inputs.
•    Provide recommendations based on experience to ensure assets are ready for market rollout and aligned with local needs.
•    Coordinate with regional teams and partners to ensure a smooth handover for market-level execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education & Experience
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields
•    From 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, exposure in pharmaceutical, healthcare is a strong advantage
•    Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
2. Skills
2.1. Hard Skills
•    Solid understanding of digital marketing channels
o    Paid media (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
o    Social media management
o    Content marketing
o    Basic Understanding of SEO & Website
•    Strong data analysis skills: 
o    Google Analytics, Ads Manager, reporting tools, e.g., Power BI
•    Familiarity with CRM tools or marketing automation platforms is a plus
•    Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance processes is an advantage
2.2. Soft Skills
•    Strong execution mindset with attention to detail
•    Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
•    Stakeholder coordination skills
•    Ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
