Marketing Manager (GTM)

Job Description:

The Marketing Manager (GTM) is the operational lead for the "Go-To-Market" (GTM) strategy for Airbus Helicopters in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The job focuses on marketing, brand visibility, and actively generating leads within Southeast Asia (SEA), while also providing operational support to other sub-regions. This involves turning overall market strategy and intelligence into specific marketing actions. This role leads the GTM execution team to develop market interest, creating a fast, direct link to the sales pipeline.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operational GTM Leadership: Serve as the team lead for "Go-To-Market" execution, overseeing daily workflows and project timelines while managing the deliverables of the Digital & Events Marketing Specialist. Drive the growth of team members through active mentoring, coaching, and regular performance feedback. 

  • Regional Network Animation: Coordinate the APAC Marketing Correspondents across eight customer centers, establishing a standardized operational drumbeat for activity updates and regional alignment.

  • Event Strategy & Execution:  Lead, organize, and execute high-impact regional trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer forums from conceptualization to post-event analysis. This includes coordinating the APAC's participation in major global airshows and trade exhibitions led by the central team. 

  • SEA Event Specialisation: Lead the coordination & execution of local & regional events specifically within Southeast Asia (SEA) while providing necessary support for event activities in other APAC sub-regions.

  • Digital Engagement: Leverage on digital marketing campaigns to actively generate new business leads and create a fast, direct link to the sales pipeline. This primarily involves using Salesforce email marketing functions, led by the Digital Marketing Specialist.

  • Creation of Marketing Assets: Collaborate with the Communications and Sales departments to produce persuasive assets (such as presentations, videos, and brochures) tailored for event activations and digital platforms, utilizing existing global resources.

  • Performance & ROI Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of marketing campaign results and event Return on Investment (ROI) using relevant metrics. Provide clear, actionable insights to ensure continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.

  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budget effectively to ensure all activities deliver maximum impact within allocated resources.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Regional Support: Assist with the periodical updating of fleet and market share dashboards for the broader APAC region.

  • Business Innovation: Contribute to the development of new market offerings such as Trade-In, financing, and leasing solutions.

  • Corporate Compliance: Adhere to Airbus Singapore’s management policies, handbook, and the Airbus Code of Conduct.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5 years of working experience in event management, digital marketing or business development, ideally within the aerospace, defense or high-tech B2B industries.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging content and deliver compelling presentations.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Proactive, creative, and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to travel regionally for events as required.

  • A self-starter with initiative, energy, and the ability to work independently

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset focused on business growth and capturing market share.

  • Able to think "outside the box" to overcome established barriers and solve complex market challenges.
