Jobgether · US

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Growth Manager, Re-engagement based in the United States.

This is a high-impact growth role focused on reactivating and guiding high-value users through complex, high-consideration customer journeys. You will own the end-to-end re-engagement strategy across multiple channels, ensuring prospects who have already entered the funnel are effectively nurtured toward conversion and long-term value. The role sits at the intersection of lifecycle marketing, data-driven growth, and product collaboration, requiring strong analytical depth and creative execution. You will design multi-step journeys that balance automation with personalization while minimizing operational load on sales or agent teams. Operating in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment, you will continuously test, optimize, and refine messaging, segmentation, and conversion paths. This is a strategic yet hands-on role for a marketer who thrives on turning dormant or stalled opportunities into measurable revenue impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the end-to-end re-engagement strategy across post-lead and post-contact users, designing multi-channel lifecycle programs that drive users back into the funnel and toward conversion.
  • Build and optimize triggered messaging systems across email, SMS, push, in-app, and on-page channels to deliver timely, relevant engagement at key moments.
  • Develop self-serve tools, landing pages, calculators, and interactive experiences that reduce dependency on human agents while improving user progression.
  • Design agent-support tooling, including templates and content systems that enable faster, more effective personalized follow-ups.
  • Build and manage complex lifecycle automation workflows using CRM and marketing automation platforms in collaboration with offshore operations teams.
  • Own experimentation and A/B testing across messaging, channel mix, timing, and conversion flows, ensuring statistically sound insights and scalable wins.
  • Partner with data teams to build segmentation frameworks that deliver highly targeted messaging based on intent signals, behavior, and lifecycle stage.
  • Identify opportunities to improve retention and LTV through continuous optimization of re-engagement journeys and funnel design.
  • Requirements

    • 6+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or re-engagement roles within B2C tech, fintech, insurtech, or marketplace environments.
    • Proven track record of driving reactivation, retention, and conversion for high-consideration or high-AOV products.
    • Strong multi-channel expertise across email, SMS, push, in-app, on-page, and conversational or voice-enabled experiences.
    • Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM and marketing automation tools such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or HubSpot.
    • Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze cohorts, retention curves, LTV, and campaign performance independently.
    • Experience building landing pages or lightweight digital experiences using no-code or AI-assisted tools.
    • Strong copywriting ability, particularly for trust-sensitive, high-consideration financial or insurance-related messaging.
    • Analytical and experimentation mindset with experience running structured A/B tests and interpreting statistical significance.
    • Experience collaborating with product managers on shared OKRs and cross-functional growth initiatives.
    • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive outcomes across multiple workstreams.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive compensation aligned with senior growth roles in high-performing tech companies
      • Performance-based bonus and potential equity participation
      • Fully remote work within the United States
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
      • Flexible PTO and strong work-life balance culture
      • Retirement savings plan (401k with employer match)
      • Learning and development support for professional growth
      • Access to modern growth, CRM, and AI-powered tooling environments
      • Opportunity to directly impact revenue growth in high-value customer journeys.
