Can you see yourself shaping a high-impact roadmap that converts rich data into compliant, personalized experiences across millions of touchpoints?

As a Consultant, you will partner with marketing leaders and technical teams to design, build and operationalize omni-channel capabilities that connect our scientific breakthroughs to the people who need them. You will work at the intersection of data, platforms and creativity—designing scalable data models, automating journeys, and extending Salesforce to drive measurable outcomes such as speed to market, precision personalization and trusted data activation.

You will start by stabilizing and optimizing current journeys and data flows, then help introduce new Salesforce features that improve performance and scale globally. Throughout, you will keep patient privacy, data quality and compliance at the core of your decisions, redefining complex requirements into clear, reliable solutions.

Accountabilities:

  • Journey Stabilization and Optimization: Improve reliability, deliverability and performance of existing omni-channel journeys, prioritizing early wins that reduce friction and increase impact.
  • Salesforce Solution Delivery: Develop and maintain solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud aligned to engagement goals, regulatory standards and agreed timelines.
  • Data Modelling and Segmentation: Create and optimize data models, queries and custom objects to enable precise segmentation, personalization and reporting at scale.
  • Integrations and APIs: Assist with APIs, automation scripts and custom components to connect Salesforce platforms with other business systems, ensuring secure and resilient data flows.
  • Campaign Orchestration: Build and automate journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio and related capabilities to deliver timely, relevant communications.
  • Automation and Reusability: Contribute reusable templates, workflows and automations that improve consistency, reduce cycle time and raise quality across campaigns.
  • Compliance and Data Governance: Apply privacy and governance standards, including GDPR, CCPA and internal policies, to every stage of solution delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Track platform and campaign performance, identify bottlenecks and support data-driven optimization.
  • Issue Resolution: Solve issues across data pipelines, integrations and campaign execution and drive timely, root-cause fixes.
  • Platform Learning and Improvement: Know the latest with Salesforce releases and standard processes and bring forward ideas that unlock new value.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear, concise documentation for solutions, workflows and integrations to enable continuity and scale.
  • Training and Support: Provide day-to-day support and knowledge transfer for users and team members to build confidence and adoption.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing technology, with hands-on exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and ideally Mobile Studio.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud concepts such as data modelling, ingestion, segmentation, and activation.

  • Understanding of campaign workflows, reusable templates, and automation processes in a marketing technology environment.
  • Ability to fix technical or process-related issues in a structured and practical way.
  • Awareness of data privacy and compliance requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.
  • Good communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • A collaborative approach, willingness to learn, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Exposure to Salesforce Personalization / Interaction Studio.
