Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and presentation of digital marketing strategies, roadmaps, and performance insights to executive stakeholders and clients.
  • Define and evolve digital marketing standards, ensuring consistent best practices across SEO, paid media, analytics, and content-driven experiences.
  • Analyze performance data, audience behavior, and attribution insights to identify optimization opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive innovation by integrating emerging digital trends, technologies, and tools into scalable marketing solutions.
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration between marketing, content, development, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution across channels.
  • Serve as the senior digital lead on complex client engagements, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Translate data insights into clear narratives that guide business decisions and optimize ROI across digital investments.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop digital marketing teams while setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability for performance and growth.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a digital agency or consulting environment.
    • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-channel digital marketing strategies and client engagements.
    • Strong expertise in SEO, paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, and digital analytics.
    • Advanced experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related measurement platforms.
    • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging C-suite stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to connect digital marketing strategies to revenue growth and measurable business outcomes.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
    • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments.
    • Experience in healthcare or similarly complex regulated industries is a plus.
