This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of product, marketing, and commercialization strategy, responsible for shaping how complex healthcare technology solutions are positioned, launched, and adopted in the market. You will define and drive product messaging, go-to-market strategy, and release commercialization plans for new and existing offerings. Acting as a key voice of the customer, you will translate market insights and technical capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with healthcare organizations. You will partner closely with product development, sales, and executive leadership to influence roadmap priorities and ensure alignment across functions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, storytelling ability, and executive presence to unify stakeholders around a clear value proposition. Accountabilities:

You will lead the product marketing function with a strong focus on positioning, commercialization, and cross-functional alignment to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

  • Own commercialization strategy for product releases, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, sales, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine differentiated product positioning and messaging tailored to target audiences across healthcare markets.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer-facing benefits and narratives.
  • Conduct qualitative, quantitative, and competitive research to inform positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution.
  • Influence product roadmap direction through market insights, customer feedback, and industry trend analysis.
  • Lead end-to-end product launch execution, from planning through post-launch performance tracking.
  • Drive voice-of-the-customer initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, and direct customer engagement.
  • Prepare messaging frameworks, talk tracks, and narratives for major releases, events, and executive presentations.
  • Serve as the primary evangelist for product differentiation across internal and external audiences.
  • Requirements:

    You bring deep product marketing expertise and strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to influence strategy and drive execution in complex B2B environments.

    • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within SaaS, healthcare IT, or enterprise software.
    • Proven success in driving product adoption, revenue growth, and go-to-market execution.
    • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling messaging and value propositions.
    • Experience leading product launches and commercialization strategies in cross-functional environments.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset.
    • Experience in healthcare technology, EHR/EMR systems, or regulated industries is a strong plus.
