As Communications Director, you'll report to the Senior Brand Director and own Brevo's external communications strategy and execution across markets. You're the strategic operator translating brand narrative into coordinated campaigns across PR, corporate communications, thought leadership, and executive visibility.

This is real ownership: you manage agencies, build campaigns that work across channels, and lead a network of external partners. You bring both strategy and rigor to accelerate what's working and move fast without losing precision.

Your impact at Brevo:

  • Define and drive the global and local communications strategy, setting priorities by market and ensuring a consistent narrative across geographies
  • Lead day-to-day relationships with PR agencies across key markets (France, US, Germany, and beyond), including briefing, campaign planning, and performance tracking
  • Expand our PR footprint into new markets as the company scales internationally
  • Own the deployment of communications campaigns and thought leadership reports, ensuring the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time
  • Translate brand narratives into targeted PR angles, press releases, bylines, and media pitches, working closely with the content team to maximize earned media reach
  • Coordinate executive communications for the CMO and CRO, including media interviews, podcast appearances, and contributed articles
  • Manage our corporate communications freelancer, ensuring alignment with Comex stakeholders and brand positioning
  • Support corporate moments (nominations, partnerships, milestones) and key events—from narrative preparation to on-site execution and post-event amplification
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Internal Communications, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams to ensure all communications efforts are coordinated and amplify each other
  • Who you are:

  • 10+ years in communications, brand communications, or marketing communications (agency, in-house, or both)
  • Proven track record building and orchestrating communications programs—not just executing them
  • Experience managing PR agencies and communications teams across multiple markets simultaneously
  • B2B tech or scale-up environment: comfortable with speed, ambiguity, and shifting priorities
  • Exceptional organizational rigor: you build systems, track deliverables, and bring structure to fast-moving environments
  • Business-oriented mindset: you think about communications in terms of brand equity and growth outcomes
  • Strong editorial instincts: you know what makes a story work and how to position it
  • Comfortable managing freelancers and senior stakeholders in parallel
  • Native English speaker preferred, but fluency is essential; conversational French is a plus
  • Based in Paris, France or Austin, Texas
  • Exposure to enterprise tech media landscape is a nice plus
