Web & SEO Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Web & SEO Specialist based in Brazil.
This role is focused on building, optimizing, and continuously improving a high-performance website in a highly competitive legal services market. You will take ownership of the full web and SEO ecosystem, from site structure and technical implementation to search visibility and conversion optimization.
The position combines hands-on web development with advanced SEO strategy, requiring both creative execution and analytical thinking.
You will be responsible for launching new pages quickly, testing improvements, and ensuring strong performance across UX, speed, and search rankings.
The environment is fast-moving and highly autonomous, where speed of execution and ownership are essential.
You will also play a key role in turning organic traffic into qualified leads through CRO and data-driven experimentation.
This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences visibility, traffic growth, and business acquisition results.
Accountabilities:
- Build, launch, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites based on approved designs, ensuring quality, speed, and usability.
- Develop and manage website architecture, including internal linking, crawlability, indexing, redirects, and technical SEO foundations.
- Create and optimize landing pages, practice-area pages, and content structures within CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
- Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent, conversion-driven search terms aligned with business goals.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, structured data, schema markup, and content optimization aligned with E-E-A-T standards.
- Manage local SEO initiatives including Google Business Profile, citations, and location-based landing pages to improve visibility.
- Monitor website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and ranking tools to identify growth opportunities.
- Run CRO experiments to improve conversion rates across forms, calls-to-action, and lead generation flows.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on content, link building, and digital PR initiatives to increase domain authority.
- 3+ years of experience in web development and SEO, ideally in agency or in-house environments.
- Strong experience building and managing websites using WordPress or Webflow.
- Solid understanding of technical, on-page, and local SEO strategies with proven impact on rankings and traffic.
- Experience with site structure, performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Knowledge of keyword research tools and SEO analytics platforms such as Google Search Console and GA4.
- Familiarity with CRO principles and tools for improving conversion rates.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for minor customizations.
- Experience working with high-intent, competitive industries (legal or service-based businesses preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects independently under deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Monthly salary ranging from USD 1,500 to USD 2,000
