This is a high-impact, part-time remote leadership role focused on driving strategic marketing growth across specialized professional service markets. You will define and execute marketing strategies that accelerate expansion into new segments while ensuring strong alignment between brand positioning, customer acquisition, and revenue goals. Acting as both strategist and operator, you will oversee multi-channel campaigns, guide a distributed marketing team, and refine performance through data-driven insights. The role requires a balance of big-picture thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market direction, optimizing marketing systems, and ensuring consistent brand impact across channels. Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for leading marketing strategy execution and overseeing a distributed team to drive business growth, market expansion, and brand consistency.

  • Define and execute go-to-market, brand, and customer acquisition strategies aligned with growth objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify expansion opportunities
  • Oversee marketing planning, budgeting, and performance tracking across channels
  • Manage and mentor a team of Marketing Specialists across multiple disciplines
  • Supervise execution of CRM campaigns, email marketing, webinars, and automation workflows
  • Oversee content production including landing pages, blogs, social media, and paid advertising
  • Coordinate SEO strategy, including onsite optimization and link-building initiatives
  • Ensure quality control across all marketing outputs and enforce consistent standards
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate strategic direction into actionable marketing initiatives
  • Requirements:

    You bring strong experience in marketing leadership, business growth, and multi-channel campaign execution within high-growth environments.

    • Proven experience scaling a business from early stage to 50+ employees or equivalent growth environments
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or market expansion roles
    • Strong background in digital marketing tools and channels (SEO, CRM, email, paid ads, content, analytics)
    • Experience managing teams and driving cross-functional marketing execution
    • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and customer acquisition frameworks
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth, and performance-driven environments
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize marketing performance
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
