Senior Product Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager based in United Kingdom.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, storytelling, and go-to-market execution within a high-growth, data infrastructure environment. You will be responsible for translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences. The position plays a key role in shaping positioning, strengthening competitive differentiation, and ensuring consistent messaging across Product, Sales, and Marketing. You will operate as a senior individual contributor, working closely with cross-functional leaders to bring structure, clarity, and rigor to product launches and market initiatives. The environment is fast-evolving, with a strong emphasis on precision, execution discipline, and commercial impact. This is an opportunity to help elevate a product marketing function during a critical phase of strategic execution and scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Refine and evolve product positioning and messaging to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Lead and improve go-to-market execution by building structured, repeatable launch processes that drive measurable commercial impact.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to embed Product Marketing earlier in the development lifecycle and influence roadmap storytelling.
  • Strengthen competitive positioning by improving differentiation strategies and enabling Sales with clear, persuasive value narratives.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality proof points, messaging frameworks, and assets that reinforce market credibility and product value.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on major releases to ensure successful execution from strategy through to market adoption.
  • Contribute to raising the overall standard of Product Marketing through structured thinking, operational rigor, and best-practice sharing.
  • Requirements:

    • 10–15+ years of experience in Product Marketing or senior strategic go-to-market roles within B2B SaaS or IaaS environments.
    • Proven track record of shaping positioning, improving launch effectiveness, and driving cross-functional alignment at scale.
    • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively when needed.
    • Deep experience in building and operationalizing go-to-market frameworks in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
    • Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities, with a focus on clarity, precision, and commercial outcomes.
    • Experience in data infrastructure, databases, or AI-related technologies is a plus but not required.
    • A proactive, high-ownership mindset with a strong focus on execution excellence and continuous improvement.
