As a Junior Growth Marketer, you will support the expansion of brand visibility and user engagement across multiple digital channels within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will contribute to social media activity, content distribution, partnerships, and online PR initiatives that help strengthen awareness and community presence. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn modern growth marketing practices while working closely with experienced marketers and cross-functional teams. You will be involved in experimenting with new tools, optimizing content workflows, and supporting campaigns that drive measurable impact. Accountabilities
- Support the execution of social media activities by publishing content across key channels, engaging with relevant SaaS and product communities, and maintaining consistent brand presence.
- Assist in managing partnerships with SaaS companies, influencers, and industry professionals to support co-marketing initiatives and joint campaigns.
- Research and coordinate participation in industry events, webinars, and speaking opportunities to increase brand exposure.
- Repurpose long-form content such as blogs, webinars, and guides into short-form assets for social media, newsletters, and other distribution channels.
- Assist in writing and editing marketing copy for product updates, landing pages, and announcements, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.
- Support online PR efforts by identifying media opportunities, submitting PR pitches, and listing the company on relevant platforms and directories.
- Experiment with and suggest new AI tools, automation workflows, and distribution strategies to improve marketing efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent execution of campaigns across multiple channels.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, growth, or a related field (internships or academic projects are welcome).
- Strong interest in SaaS, digital marketing, product-led growth, and community-driven growth strategies.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks across different projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Notion, Figma, or scheduling platforms is an advantage.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about AI tools, automation, and modern marketing workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate and improve content quality.
- Bonus: experience with community engagement, content creation, or marketing automation tools.
