Digital Commerce and Growth Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Commerce and Growth Manager based in India.

This is a high-impact digital growth role responsible for owning and scaling end-to-end e-commerce performance across multiple online channels. You will manage the full customer journey, from discovery and engagement to conversion and retention, with a strong focus on driving measurable revenue growth. The role blends e-commerce operations, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle strategy, requiring both analytical depth and hands-on execution. You will oversee Shopify performance, digital campaigns, content strategy, and marketplace expansion while continuously optimizing conversion rates and customer experience. Operating in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment, you will play a central role in shaping digital revenue strategy. This is a highly execution-oriented role where data, creativity, and commercial thinking come together.

Accountabilities

Own and optimize the end-to-end digital commerce ecosystem, ensuring consistent revenue growth and strong performance across all digital channels.

  • Manage and optimize Shopify storefront, including product listings, collections, merchandising, and site experience.
  • Improve conversion rates through UX enhancements, product page optimization, and customer journey improvements.
  • Implement SEO best practices across product, collection, and content pages to improve organic visibility.
  • Develop and manage social media and content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, and business goals.
  • Create and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Meta platforms, including targeting, retargeting, and catalog ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, ROAS, and optimize for efficiency and scale.
  • Design and execute email marketing, automation workflows, and lifecycle campaigns to improve retention.
  • Manage WhatsApp commerce and customer engagement strategies to improve conversion and response rates.
  • Oversee marketplace channels, ensuring optimized listings, visibility, and revenue contribution.
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics across all digital channels to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Requirements

    This role requires a strong blend of e-commerce operations, digital marketing expertise, and analytical thinking with a focus on revenue-driven execution.

    • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital growth roles, preferably managing Shopify-based businesses.
    • Proven experience driving revenue growth for DTC, lifestyle, fashion, apparel, or consumer brands.
    • Strong hands-on expertise in Shopify, including SEO, merchandising, and conversion optimization.
    • Experience managing Meta Ads and performance marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
    • Knowledge of email marketing tools, customer lifecycle automation, and retention strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
    • Experience managing multiple digital sales channels, including marketplaces.
    • Excellent project management and organizational abilities in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills across marketing, content, and business teams.
    • Commercial mindset with a strong focus on customer experience and revenue growth.
