Partner Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager based in the United States.

This is a high-impact, strategic marketing role focused on accelerating growth across a global partner ecosystem in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will operate at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and sales, shaping how new partners are acquired, enabled, and activated. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with internal GTM teams and external partners such as resellers, MSSPs, GSIs, and auditors. You will design and execute co-marketing programs that directly influence pipeline generation and revenue growth across North America and Europe. This is an opportunity to build scalable partner marketing initiatives from the ground up. The environment is dynamic, execution-driven, and highly collaborative, with strong visibility at the leadership level.

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for building and scaling partner marketing programs that drive acquisition, enablement, and co-marketing impact across a diverse ecosystem.

  • Drive new partner acquisition initiatives by developing campaigns, messaging, and assets such as pitch decks, webinars, and email programs to attract resellers, MSSPs, GSIs, and auditors.
  • Support targeted ABM and 1:1 partner outreach efforts in collaboration with partner GTM teams to expand the partner base.
  • Design and execute partner enablement programs, including onboarding content, newsletters, training materials, and webinars to accelerate partner success.
  • Collaborate on partner portals, certification programs, and community initiatives that improve engagement and adoption.
  • Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners to generate pipeline, acquire new logos, and expand existing accounts.
  • Create scalable co-branded assets and campaign kits that enable partner self-service marketing execution.
  • Lead coordination of joint PR, customer stories, events, and executive programs to strengthen strategic alliances and market visibility.
  • Requirements

    You are an experienced B2B marketer with a strong foundation in partner or channel marketing and a proven ability to execute in fast-moving environments.

    • 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2+ years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing within B2B SaaS.
    • Experience working with partner ecosystems such as resellers, MSSPs, GSIs, and/or auditors.
    • Strong ability to build programs from scratch with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
    • Excellent relationship management and communication skills with the ability to influence both internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Experience in cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, product, and operations.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
    • Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
