As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About the Role:

Crusoe is seeking a reliable, organized, and genuinely warm Workplace Manager to create an inviting, highly efficient office and manufacturing shop environment in Tulsa. In this pivotal role, you will be the face and heart of our facility, overseeing daily operations for both the front office and the shop floor. You will ensure employees, contractors, and visitors have a safe, well-maintained, and deeply positive experience.

Partnering directly with local leadership and the broader workplace team, you will keep the site running smoothly by injecting energy into our culture, leading employee programs, and managing vendor, budget, and facilities needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an approachable, proactive professional who thrives on supporting teams, building community, and managing operations in a dynamic, hybrid industrial environment.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Culture & Atmosphere: Serve as the primary cultural ambassador on-site. Greet team members and guests with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring the facility feels welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy.

  • Shop & Office Operations: Own the daily operations of the office and shop spaces. Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, organization, safety, and full functionality, proactively addressing any maintenance issues.

  • Budget & Expense Tracking: Manage the local workplace budget. Track expenses for office supplies, breakroom inventory, catering, and team events, ensuring accurate reconciliation of corporate cards and vendor invoices.

  • Visitor Experience: Oversee the end-to-end guest journey. Manage front-of-house operations, visitor platforms, and security protocols to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, hospitable, and professional experience.

  • Event & Engagement Management: Lead the execution of team lunches, celebrations, and site events—from creative planning and catering to setup and cleanup. Support employee recognition programs to foster a connected, vibrant workplace.

  • Facilities & Vendor Management: Autonomously manage and restock office/breakroom supplies. Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors (janitorial, catering, facilities maintenance), ensuring high-quality service and accountability.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with People, IT, Production, and Finance teams to streamline on-site onboarding, headcount planning, workplace technology, and operational alignment.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in workplace management, office administration, hospitality, or facilities coordination.

  • People-First Attitude: High emotional intelligence (EQ) with a naturally warm, empathetic, and friendly personality. You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and helping others.

  • Financial Scrappiness: Basic math and expense-tracking skills, with experience managing a small budget, tracking receipts, and dealing with vendor invoicing.

  • Shop Awareness: Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing/shop environment, with a sharp eye for safety protocols and operational organization.

  • Autonomy & Drive: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. You can independently prioritize a heavy task list and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.

  • Proactivity & Problem-Solving: A forward-thinking mindset. You spot gaps, anticipate team needs, and solve issues before they disrupt operations.

  • Communication: Stellar verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across both corporate and shop floor teams.
