As a Facility Coordinator, you'll manage service delivery, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure compliance across our portfolio while serving as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters. You'll work with cutting-edge systems like Corrigo to drive operational excellence and maintain the highest service standards for our clients. This position offers genuine autonomy to drive improvements and shape processes in a dynamic, multinational environment. What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary operational contact for all service requests, managing the Corrigo system to ensure tickets are resolved within SLA requirements while maintaining real-time status updates
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and contract administration, including onboarding processes, performance evaluation, and ensuring compliance with company standards and documentation requirements
  • Manage procurement activities including creation of Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts in JDE and client systems, processing supplier invoices, and maintaining budgetary awareness
  • Conduct regular site inspections and compile detailed reports, driving adherence to environmental, health, and safety compliance standards across all facilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for landlord queries and escalations, representing JLL professionally in the local and regional business community
  • Support portfolio-wide initiatives by assisting with implementation of new processes, creating stakeholder presentations, and collaborating on continuous improvement projects
  • Monitor service delivery performance, coordinate multi-functional teams to resolve complex issues, and escalate matters as needed to ensure operational excellence
  • Provide coverage for Facilities Managers during absences and maintain comprehensive documentation for audit and quality assurance purposes


What We're Looking For

  • Self-motivated professional with exceptional organizational abilities and proven capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to guide multi-functional teams and engage effectively across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency with facility management systems (Corrigo or similar platforms) combined with solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Financial acumen with understanding of budget management, procurement processes, and cost control principles
  • Detail-oriented mindset with unwavering commitment to accuracy, compliance, and quality assurance standards
  • Proactive problem-solver who demonstrates analytical thinking, adaptability, and flexibility in dynamic situations
  • Customer service excellence with a genuine commitment to delivering seamless experiences and building strong stakeholder relationships
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) with demonstrated interest in continuous improvement and professional development
