Implementation Managers (IMs) are the owners and leads of client implementations at Alloy. Acting as the primary point of contact from Sales handoff through go-live, IMs combine rigorous project management with a consultative approach to guide financial institutions, banks, and fintechs of all segments (enterprise, mid-market, etc) through one of the most critical phases of their lifecycle with Alloy.
Our implementations are complex. Average timelines run 6–12 months, with enterprise and multi-phase engagements running longer. Clients are sophisticated, stakes are high, and the technical surface area is broad. Success in this role requires the ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous situations, earn trust with senior stakeholders, and keep multiple workstreams moving simultaneously, without losing sight of the bigger picture.
This role sits within the Technical Solutions organization and works closely with Solutions Architects, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Product & Engineering.
Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three times a week, and remote employees onsite once a quarter.
The ideal candidate has a track record of leading complex, long-cycle implementations – including at the enterprise level – bringing the structured project management discipline to keep things moving and the consultative instincts to build genuine trust with senior stakeholders.

Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. This position has a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 with additional variable compensation.
