Analista de Sistemas | Scrum Master

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Sistemas | Scrum Master based in Brazil.

This role combines systems analysis with agile leadership, acting as a key enabler of team performance and delivery excellence. You will support development squads by facilitating agile ceremonies, improving workflows, and ensuring smooth collaboration between technical and business stakeholders. The position is ideal for someone who is passionate about agile methodologies and eager to grow as a Scrum Master in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment. You will play an active role in removing impediments, strengthening communication, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Beyond process facilitation, you will also contribute to performance tracking and operational reporting, helping teams make data-driven decisions. This is a highly collaborative environment where autonomy, learning, and ownership are strongly encouraged.

Accountabilities:

  • Act as a support facilitator for agile ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives), ensuring team alignment and productivity.
  • Help remove impediments and blockers, promoting smooth workflow and efficient delivery cycles across development teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and organization of work items.
  • Monitor agile metrics such as velocity, lead time, and burndown, generating reports and insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation and evolution of agile practices, tools, and frameworks within teams and across the organization.
  • Promote collaboration, communication, and self-organization among team members, strengthening agile culture adoption.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation as required by the area.
  • Participate in internal meetings and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and organizational alignment.
  • Requirements

    • Interest in developing a career as a Scrum Master and agile transformation agent.
    • Basic understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
    • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
    • Ability to work in dynamic environments, supporting teams in continuous delivery and improvement.
    • Currently enrolled or graduated in Information Technology, Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
    • Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle and delivery processes will be considered a differential.
    • Certifications or introductory courses in agile methodologies are also considered a strong advantage.
