产品路线图与需求定义：基于产品架构拆解Phase 1里程碑，输出Feature List与Sprint规划；编写User Stories（INVEST原则），定义清晰的验收标准，驱动工程团队交付 竞品分析与差异化策略：持续追踪AI API聚合与路由赛道竞品动态，输出竞品周报与差异化对策，确保产品策略领先 客户方案设计与落地：深入客户AI调用场景，设计最优路由策略与定价配置方案；帮助客户快速完成技术接入与迁移，排查技术问题，用数据驱动签约决策 POC交付与客户成功：协助客户完成概念验证，为合规与数据主权需求设计解决方案，定制行业场景配置，产出可对外引用的成功案例 开发者体验与文档体系：搭建开发者文档站（Quick Start/API Reference/SDK Guide/Best Practices），维护SDK及接入示例与行业场景Demo，确保开发者流畅接入体验 开发者社区与增长：运营开发者社区、响应GitHub Issues、输出技术内容（博客/教程），追踪开发者增长指标 数据驱动产品迭代：定义核心产品指标，通过数据洞察驱动产品决策与优先级调整
