The Job:

  • Support and help manage the NPI process to deliver on-time product launches in partnership with global product, engineering, brand, factories, and vendors.
  • Create, maintain, and manage launch documentation, trackers, product data, and systems to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Work with marketing, brand, and commercial teams to develop promotional materials, coordinate communications, and support product modifications.
  • Monitor product portfolio performance through sales analysis, KPI reporting, lifecycle management, SKU rationalisation, and range gap identification.
  • Conduct customer, end-user, and competitor research while acting as a key point of contact for product-related enquiries across the DEWALT portfolio.

About You:

  • Relevant experience in product and/or marketing, with strong commercial awareness, financial acumen, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions, leading teams, and making sound decisions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and product training skills, with confidence engaging both small and large global audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving, research, prioritisation, and organisational skills, supported by a proactive “can-do” attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Travel – ability to travel as required for Training, Research, Internal and External meetings. Travel to Spennymoor, County Durham, UK one week a month. Some international travel. Driving license essential.
