Job Details

Our team members are at the heart of everything we do. At World Courier (a Cencora company), we are united in our responsibility to create healthier futures, and every person here is essential to us being able to deliver on that purpose.

This role will sit within the Global Data and Technology Solutions (GDATS) organization in World Courier and is a key member of the Architecture and Analysis team. We’re re-imagining IT — not as a support function, but as a strategic partner to the World Courier business. We exist to help the organisation rise, adapt, and grow, using technology that is innovative, integrated, reliable, secure and designed around real operational needs.

The Business Solutions Analyst owns the integrity of the problem, the human and the evidence, together. You translate ambiguous business intent into a structured, evidenced, decision-ready understanding the team can build against.

You design solutions with both user and operational outcomes in mind. As such, you play a critical role in shaping and defining technology initiatives that support global specialty logistics operations, working at the intersection of business, product, and engineering. You will leverage modern analysis techniques, including AI-assisted tooling, to accelerate insight generation, strengthen requirements quality, and improve delivery outcomes.

Why this role matters

World Courier operates in a complex, fast-moving, and highly regulated environment where visibility, accuracy, and speed of decision-making are critical. Strong analysis and clear articulation of business needs are essential to ensuring technology investments deliver meaningful outcomes.

This role ensures that business problems are translated into actionable, high-quality solutions through structured analysis, clear requirements, and user-centered design. By combining process thinking, design artifacts, and AI-enabled insights, the Business Solutions Analyst helps drive better decisions, faster delivery, and improved customer and operational experiences.

What you’ll do

Frame problems and turn them into decision-ready understanding

  • Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineers to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities

  • Facilitate structured requirements gathering using workshops as well as modern techniques, including AI-assisted analysis and synthesis

  • Create clear, testable user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation aligned to product delivery

Define and document end-to-end business processes

  • Develop current-state and future-state process flows using appropriate methodologies (e.g., BPMN, swimlanes)

  • Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimization

  • Ensure alignment between process design, system capabilities, data flow, and operational realities

Design user-centered solutions

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-quality clickable prototypes to visualize and validate solution concepts with real users and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with UX/UI and product teams to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals

  • Facilitate stakeholder walkthroughs and validation of proposed designs

Enable high-quality delivery

  • Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring shared understanding throughout the delivery lifecycle

  • Support backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization within agile delivery models

  • Work closely with engineering and testing teams to ensure requirements are well understood, complete, and testable

Leverage AI and modern tools to enhance analysis

  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate requirements gathering, identify patterns, and generate insights

  • Improve the quality and speed of documentation, analysis, and decision-making through automation and intelligent tooling

  • Continuously explore new techniques to improve analysis effectiveness and delivery outcomes, such as orchestrating governed AI agents for research synthesis and journey mapping

Drive continuous improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, tools, and ways of working

  • Promote best practices in business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement, including mentorship of level I analysts.

  • Contribute to the evolution of the Architecture and Analysis capability within GDATS

.

What we’re looking for

You are a highly capable Business Analyst who combines strong analytical thinking with practical delivery experience. You are equally comfortable engaging with business stakeholders, shaping ideas, and working with technical teams and automated agents to deliver solutions. You bring structure, clarity, and creativity to problem-solving and are excited by the opportunity to modernize how analysis is performed—including the use of AI and design-led approaches.

You’ll thrive in our team if you:

  • Are naturally curious and ask thoughtful, insightful questions

  • Communicate clearly and confidently across both business and technical audiences

  • Are comfortable working in ambiguity and helping bring structure to complex problems

  • Work autonomously, taking ownership and driving outcomes, not just outputs

  • Embrace modern tools and approaches, including AI-enabled analysis and design thinking, while working alongside AI agents

  • Work collaboratively and build strong relationships across teams and geographies

Experience that will help you succeed:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, global, technology-driven environments where you have led the analysis on a complex, feature-rich program

  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management

  • Track record of successfully creating business process flows, wireframes, and prototypes

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product-based delivery models

  • Experience working closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams

  • Exposure to AI-powered tools for analysis, documentation, or workflow optimization is highly desirable

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or regulated industries is advantageous

What success looks like in this role

  • Business problems are clearly defined, understood, and prioritized

  • Requirements are high quality, actionable, and enable efficient delivery

  • Process flows and design artifacts provide clarity and alignment across stakeholders

  • Solutions meet both business needs and operational realities

  • Delivery teams move faster with fewer ambiguities and rework

  • Stakeholders are engaged, aligned, and confident in the outcomes being delivered

Why join World Courier GDATS?

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Play a key role in a re-imagined IT function

  • Work with smart, committed people who care about doing the right thing

  • Join a modern, people-centred, visible, high-impact Architecture & Analysis function

  • Make a real difference to how people experience technology every day

  • Work in a purpose-driven business that makes a difference to people’s lives, delivering essential pharma logistics services

How you’ll be working

  • As part of cross-functional, product-aligned squads spanning Architecture & Analysis, Product, and Engineering

  • In an agile, collaborative delivery environment with global stakeholders

  • Using modern tools and approaches, including AI agent-enabled methods and design-led thinking, applied with governance appropriate for a regulated business

  • With a strong focus on outcomes, continuous improvement, and customer impact

  • This role operates within a global, matrixed IT organisation, working closely with Design, Product, Engineering, Delivery, QA and business stakeholders.

  • Collaboration across time zones and regions is required

  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements apply in line with World Courier policies
