This is a high-impact product role focused on driving the growth and performance of a leading fintech mobile application within the Buy Now, Pay Later ecosystem. You will own the strategy for user retention, engagement, and monetization, shaping how customers interact with the app throughout their lifecycle. The position sits at the intersection of product, data, design, and marketing, requiring a strong analytical mindset and a bias for execution. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, designing experiments, and translating insights into scalable product initiatives. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative, with strong exposure to leadership and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in solving complex user behavior challenges and delivering measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute the product growth strategy for the mobile app, with a strong focus on retention, engagement, and monetization of the user base.
  • Identify growth opportunities through behavioral analysis, user segmentation, and customer research, translating insights into product initiatives.
  • Lead and scale initiatives to improve user recurrence, frequency, activation, and revenue generation across the existing customer base.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Data, CRM, and Marketing teams to deliver personalized and high-impact user experiences.
  • Build and maintain analytical frameworks to monitor user behavior across the full lifecycle and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Define and track key success metrics, ensuring continuous learning and iteration based on performance results.
  • Act as a strong advocate for data-driven decision-making across product discussions and leadership forums.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with significant exposure to B2C digital applications.
    • Proven track record of delivering initiatives focused on retention, engagement, monetization, or user growth.
    • Strong analytical skills, with deep experience in product metrics, funnels, cohorts, segmentation, and behavioral analysis.
    • Hands-on experience designing and executing large-scale A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
    • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable product recommendations.
    • Strong understanding of growth metrics such as retention, DAU/MAU, churn, LTV, activation, conversion, and usage frequency.
    • Experience working closely with Data Analytics or Data Science teams.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong execution mindset, balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery.
    • Nice to have:

      • Experience in fintech, payments, credit, or digital financial products.
      • Background in subscription, loyalty, gamification, personalization, or engagement-driven products.
      • Familiarity with cohort analysis and advanced experimentation methodologies.
