  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, customer acquisition, sales motions, and distribution channels.

  • Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships that support business expansion and sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and partnerships to align priorities, remove obstacles, and accelerate execution.
  • Conduct hands-on analysis, evaluate customer journeys, optimize conversion funnels, and contribute directly wherever needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Leverage AI-driven workflows and automation to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business performance.
  • Requirements

    • Demonstrated success building, launching, and scaling new products, business lines, or commercial initiatives with full ownership of outcomes.
    • Strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional operational execution and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
    • Experience developing AI-powered workflows, internal tools, or automation solutions that significantly improve business processes and team productivity.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating business performance through financial modeling, customer acquisition metrics, and unit economics.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both executive leadership and operational teams.
    • Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while maintaining a strong bias toward action and continuous improvement.
    • Benefits

      • Base salary ranging from $169,000 to $298,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
      • Eligibility for additional compensation, including bonus opportunities and equity.
      • Comprehensive healthcare and employee benefits package.
      • Fully remote opportunity within the United States.
      • Career growth opportunities with a clear pathway toward broader leadership responsibilities.
