Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires applying comprehensive business and functional insights to design and implement thorough testing strategies. This includes overseeing the definition and application of testing methodologies and processes, as well as establishing key performance metrics to monitor testing activities, manage test execution, and facilitate effective defect resolution. Collaboration and leadership are central to driving continuous improvement and maintaining quality excellence across projects.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
- Support the professional growth of junior team members through mentorship and guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Strong experience in designing and executing automated test scripts using Python-based tools.
- In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support quality processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in test planning and execution.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
