Senior Solutions Consultant, Sales

This is a high-impact, customer-facing technical sales role focused on supporting complex, strategic deals within the private markets financial technology space. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand how advanced platform capabilities can transform fund operations, data workflows, and investor experiences. The role blends deep technical product expertise with strong commercial acumen, requiring you to lead discovery, shape solutions, and demonstrate value through tailored storytelling and proof of concept design. You will work closely with Account Executives on high-value enterprise opportunities, often engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders. In addition to supporting deals, you will play a key role in shaping product direction by translating customer needs and market insights into actionable feedback. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical sales excellence across complex enterprise deals while shaping solution design, customer engagement, and product feedback loops.
- Lead deep discovery sessions to understand prospect fund structures, data workflows, and operational challenges
- Partner with Account Executives to support strategic sales cycles and high-value enterprise opportunities
- Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations aligned to business outcomes and stakeholder needs
- Design and present proof of concepts that accurately reflect customer environments and operational realities
- Respond to RFPs and manage complex technical objections with confidence and precision
- Maintain deep knowledge of product capabilities and roadmap to effectively position current and future value
- Act as a bridge between prospects and product teams by translating customer needs into actionable insights
- Support enterprise stakeholders across technical and executive audiences with clear, compelling storytelling
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales methodologies, tools, and solution frameworks
- 7–10+ years of experience in solutions consulting, presales, or technical sales roles
- Strong background in private markets, financial services, or related fintech environments
- Deep understanding of private equity, venture capital, or real asset operations (private credit experience is a plus)
- Proven ability to lead complex enterprise discovery and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Experience delivering executive-level presentations, demos, and product storytelling
- Strong ability to build proof of concepts and demonstrate product value in real-world scenarios
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and executive-level stakeholder engagement
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to simplify complex operational challenges
- Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with frequent change
- Willingness to travel periodically to engage with clients and support strategic opportunities
