Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise

This is a high-impact, customer-facing technical sales role focused on helping enterprise organizations understand, adopt, and scale a leading trust and compliance platform. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, bridging complex technical requirements with clear business value for senior decision-makers. The role blends solution engineering, pre-sales strategy, and hands-on technical consulting in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will partner closely with account executives to drive new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers. A key part of your impact will be translating enterprise security, compliance, and cloud architecture needs into tailored solutions and compelling demonstrations. You will also contribute directly to product evolution by feeding real-world customer insights back to internal teams. Success in this role comes from accelerating deal cycles, improving win rates, and ensuring customers clearly understand and trust the solution.
Accountabilities:
- Partner with enterprise account executives to identify customer needs and align technical solutions to business and security requirements throughout the sales cycle.
- Design, build, and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that clearly articulate value for enterprise and senior executive stakeholders.
- Own the technical response process for RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise procurement cycles, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with customer expectations.
- Translate complex customer requirements into scalable solution architectures while simplifying technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support solution selling by mapping customer pain points to platform capabilities and guiding prospects toward successful adoption.
- Collect and analyze competitive intelligence to refine positioning, messaging, and differentiation in enterprise sales cycles.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence future product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical pre-sales role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Strong track record of supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing and delivering proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Solid technical understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or equivalent environments.
- Ability to interpret software architecture, APIs, and web technologies, with hands-on technical fluency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and technical decision-makers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced, deal-driven environments.
