Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in an analysis, research, or project management role, specifically working with data to identify, quantify, and communicate trends.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or performance advertising.
- Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proven experience translating intricate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations and persuasive, data-led narratives.
- Strong expertise in statistical measurement techniques, incrementality, attribution models, ROI, and commercial financial modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python or R for advanced data modeling, data extraction, and forecasting.
- Ability to build interactive dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio) to effectively democratize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and presenting complex strategies to C-level client audiences.
