This is a high-impact sales leadership role focused on driving growth across enterprise IT managed services within a complex, global client ecosystem. You will be responsible for expanding strategic accounts, particularly large systems integrators and key enterprise customers, while building long-term, value-driven relationships. The role requires a strong mix of strategic account development, consultative selling, and disciplined sales execution. You will collaborate closely with technical and solutions teams to design tailored offerings that solve customer challenges and unlock new revenue streams. Operating in a competitive international IT services market, you will own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to contract closure. Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across managed IT services within assigned markets and key accounts
- Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with enterprise clients, large system integrators, and strategic stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and proactive pipeline development
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate with internal solutions and delivery teams to create tailored service offerings aligned with client needs
- Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline updates to support business planning and performance tracking
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring long-term client value
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT services sales, with strong exposure to managed services environments
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets in competitive enterprise markets
- Experience working with large system integrators and global enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of IT services offerings, including managed services and enterprise IT solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel across India as required
- Fluency in English and at least one local Indian language preferred
