This is a high-energy, hunter-focused sales role designed for a bilingual Account Executive who thrives in fast-paced, outbound-driven environments. You will be responsible for building and owning your own pipeline, engaging SMB prospects through personalized, multi-channel outreach, and driving new business across security, productivity, and workforce intelligence use cases. Accountabilities:

  • Identify and engage SMB prospects using intent signals, behavioral data, and vertical-specific insights to personalize outreach.
  • Conduct efficient discovery calls to quickly assess customer needs across security, productivity, and process optimization use cases.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that position the platform as workforce intelligence rather than surveillance technology.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring consistent pipeline progression and conversion performance.
  • Partner with SMB ecosystems such as MSPs, HR consultants, and accountants to generate referrals and expand market reach.
  • Address customer concerns around privacy and compliance by clearly articulating privacy-first product capabilities.
  • Maintain disciplined use of CRM and outbound tools to track performance, optimize outreach sequences, and improve conversion rates.
  • Requirements:

    • 2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, HR tech, or data/analytics environments.
    • Proven hunter mentality with at least 40% of pipeline self-sourced through outbound efforts.
    • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages.
    • Experience using sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms for outbound prospecting and pipeline management.
    • Strong discovery and demo skills with the ability to adapt messaging in real time based on prospect needs.
    • Comfortable discussing technical topics such as data security, insider risk, and ROI with both technical and business stakeholders.
    • Strong business acumen and ability to translate customer pain points into value-driven solutions.
    • Highly self-motivated, coachable, and performance-driven in a target-oriented environment.
    • Benefits:

      • Remote-first role with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
      • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential.
      • Comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) with employer match.
      • Unlimited paid time off to support work-life balance.
      • Company-issued laptop (Mac or PC of choice).
      • Professional development budget and ongoing career growth opportunities.
      • Exposure to a high-growth AI-powered SaaS platform in a rapidly expanding market.
      • Collaborative, innovation-driven culture with strong support for top sales performers.
