Life Insurance Agent - Quebec Market

This is a high-performing remote sales role focused on helping clients make informed, confident decisions about life, critical illness, and disability insurance coverage. You will engage with qualified inbound leads, guiding customers through personalized insurance solutions tailored to their financial needs and life situations. The role is centered on relationship-building, trust, and delivering an exceptional client experience from first contact through policy activation. You will operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment supported by high-quality leads and strong administrative support. Accountabilities:
Drive the full sales cycle for life insurance products, from lead engagement to policy conversion, while delivering high-quality client service.
- Convert inbound online leads into closed life insurance policies
- Assess client needs and provide tailored advice on life, critical illness, and disability coverage
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to develop long-term trust and retention
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales and onboarding process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Work closely with internal support teams to ensure smooth administrative and operational execution
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment
- Maintain accurate records and manage client interactions using CRM and sales tools
- Valid LLQP license in good standing in Quebec
- Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance sales or brokerage roles
- Strong background in consultative sales with a proven ability to close deals
- Experience working with insurance or financial services organizations (bank or brokerage experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- High level of motivation, resilience, and results-driven mindset
- Strong understanding of life, critical illness, and disability insurance products

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in life insurance sales with a proven track record of success in a high-performance, client-facing environment. Strong sales capability and Quebec licensing are essential.
