You will be responsible for shaping commercial strategies that drive long-term partnerships and unlock new business opportunities across a defined portfolio of high-value clients. The position blends strategic account leadership with hands-on commercial execution, requiring strong collaboration across technical, marketing, and supply chain teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, translating complex needs into tailored solutions that enhance performance and competitiveness. Operating in a dynamic, global environment, you will contribute directly to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will manage a portfolio of strategic Beauty & Personal Care accounts and distributors, driving revenue growth, profitability, and long-term partnership value. You will identify new business opportunities, develop tailored commercial solutions, and lead pricing and contract negotiations while ensuring alignment with customer needs. The role requires close tracking of forecasts, pipeline accuracy, and overall account performance to support strong business planning and decision-making. You will collaborate extensively with R&D, technical, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions. You will also contribute to cross-functional initiatives, represent sales in internal and external forums, and support segment-level strategy development.
You bring extensive experience in Beauty & Personal Care account management, with a strong track record of managing complex, high-value customer portfolios in global or multinational environments. You are highly skilled in commercial negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic sales execution, with the ability to translate customer needs into impactful business outcomes. Your background includes strong analytical and forecasting capabilities, supported by a deep understanding of commercial performance drivers. You are confident working in cross-functional environments and influencing both internal teams and external partners. Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English are essential, with additional language skills considered a plus.
