You will be responsible for building and expanding a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, strategic account planning, and executive-level relationship management.
The position requires a consultative sales approach, with the ability to shape early-stage opportunities and influence complex buying decisions in regulated environments.
You will collaborate closely with sales engineers, marketing teams, and internal specialists to deliver tailored solutions that address mission-critical modernization needs.

Accountabilities
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales efforts across Federal and public sector accounts, driving new business acquisition and expansion of existing relationships through structured pipeline development and account planning.
- Engage senior decision-makers including IT and business leaders to position software solutions that modernize infrastructure, applications, and enterprise systems in regulated environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales engineering, marketing, and product specialists to design and deliver compelling value-based proposals and solution demonstrations.
- Manage forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and CRM discipline while ensuring consistent progress toward revenue targets and strategic growth objectives.
- Develop and execute territory strategies, support campaigns and events, and maintain strong executive relationships to position the organization as a trusted transformation partner.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise software or solution-based sales targeting Federal or public sector clients.
- Strong ability to build pipeline through proactive prospecting, outbound engagement, and strategic account development.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long-term procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills with experience using CRM tools and managing forecasts and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and commercial teams.
- Competitive base salary range of $97,500 - $131,625 annually, plus performance-based commissions
