This role sits at the intersection of sales, technology, and digital content innovation, focused on helping clients transform how they create and distribute high-quality media. You will manage the full sales cycle, engaging with prospects from initial outreach through to closing complex deals in a consultative and value-driven way. The position involves working with a fast-growing AI-powered platform used by major global brands to streamline content production and scale creative output. You will collaborate closely with internal product, marketing, and business development teams to refine messaging, improve conversion strategies, and identify high-value opportunities. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where relationship building and performance go hand in hand. Accountabilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing, driving revenue growth through a consultative selling approach.
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize high-potential leads across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, positioning the platform as a strategic solution for content creation needs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine sales strategies, messaging, and conversion processes.
  • Track pipeline performance, report key metrics, and contribute insights to improve sales efficiency and forecasting.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to decision-makers, adapting solutions to complex client needs.
  • Continuously refine sales processes to improve velocity, win rates, and customer acquisition outcomes.
  • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in sales closing roles within a technology or SaaS environment, with a strong performance track record.
    • Proven experience in consultative selling and managing complex, high-velocity pipelines.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
    • Highly motivated self-starter with strong time management and independent work capabilities in a remote environment.
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining focus and execution quality.
    • Strong interest in technology and digital products; experience in media or content industries is a plus.
    • Team-oriented mindset with creativity, attention to detail, and a strong drive to exceed targets.
