This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling SaaS organization where every closed deal and renewal depends on clean, fast, and accurate execution. You will own the post-verbal contract lifecycle end to end, ensuring agreements move smoothly from redline to signature without friction or delay. Acting as the key liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Procurement, you will help keep revenue flowing and client relationships stable. The environment is high-growth and execution-driven, requiring strong ownership and attention to detail. Beyond contracts, you will gradually help shape the foundations of sales operations as the company continues to scale. This is a role for someone who thrives in structured execution today while helping build better systems for tomorrow.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will take full ownership of deal execution and renewals, ensuring contracts progress efficiently and accurately while supporting broader revenue operations as the function evolves.

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from verbal commitment to signed agreement, including redlining, negotiation, and execution of MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, BAAs, and related documents
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer legal and procurement teams, maintaining strong communication and deal momentum
• Ensure all deal records are accurately maintained in CRM systems such as HubSpot throughout the sales cycle
• Identify, escalate, and manage contract risks or non-standard terms in collaboration with Sales leadership
• Own the end-to-end renewal process for a growing client base, coordinating closely with Customer Success on timing and updates
• Track renewal pipelines and ensure timely execution, documentation, and system updates
• Contribute to emerging sales operations functions, including reporting, process documentation, and CRM governance as the role expands

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings SaaS contract expertise, strong operational discipline, and the ability to balance negotiation strength with relationship management in fast-moving environments.

• 3–6 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, legal operations, or contract management within a SaaS environment
• Proven experience negotiating and redlining SaaS agreements such as MSAs, subscription contracts, and data processing agreements
• Strong understanding of procurement processes across enterprise, higher education, nonprofit, or healthcare clients is highly valued
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent contract workflows without loss of detail
• Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot or equivalent systems, with strong data hygiene discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in external-facing negotiation contexts
• Ability to remain firm in negotiations while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships
• Exposure to HIPAA, BAAs, or nonprofit/grant-funded procurement cycles is a plus
