Client Engagement Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Engagement Manager based in Mexico.

This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, delivery execution, and account growth, ensuring that complex data and AI-driven engagements translate into measurable business outcomes. You will act as the primary relationship owner across a portfolio of strategic clients, balancing executive-level communication with close involvement in delivery to ensure alignment, trust, and impact. The position requires someone who can operate both strategically and tactically—shaping account direction while staying close enough to delivery to anticipate risks and opportunities early. You will collaborate across Growth, Delivery, and Solutions teams to ensure seamless execution and identify expansion opportunities rooted in client value. Success in this role depends on strong judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate technical work into clear business outcomes. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role suited for someone who thrives in complex consulting environments and values long-term client partnerships.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage end-to-end client relationships across a defined portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and long-term partnership development
  • Translate client needs into clear business problems and ensure engagements are consistently aligned with measurable outcomes such as revenue, cost, risk, and efficiency
  • Identify and drive account expansion opportunities in collaboration with Growth and Solutions teams, grounded in delivery reality and client context
  • Monitor delivery health, proactively identifying risks, tradeoffs, and engagement issues before they escalate
  • Maintain active involvement in delivery activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and client reviews to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
  • Facilitate executive-level discussions and ensure clear communication between client stakeholders and internal teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Growth, Delivery, and Solutions to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Requirements:

    • 7–10 years of experience in client-facing roles involving account management, delivery ownership, or consulting engagement leadership
    • Strong background in technology, data, AI, or digital transformation consulting environments strongly preferred
    • Proven ability to manage executive relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders (English C1 level required)
    • Experience balancing strategic account ownership with hands-on involvement in delivery execution
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams (Growth, Delivery, Solutions) to drive client success
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to frame complex problems into clear, outcome-driven narratives
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-growth environments
