Demand Planner & Fulfilment Coordinator (F/M/X)

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Own and drive the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning (IBP) process – manage end-to-end forecast compilation process, including full ownership of the short-term weekly plan and the long-term forecast, ensuring accuracy and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate and delivering finished goods inventory at target levels; proactively identify risks and propose corrective actions.
  • Develop strong cross-functional partnerships with Supply Hub Planners, Order to Cash and Commercial Teams, acting as a key point of contact for demand & fulfillment topics.
  • Highlight production planning issues / bottlenecks / propose-initiate immediate action – focus on root cause analysis and support for end-to-end process.
  • Proactively manage Ageing Stock and waste risk through initiating and coordinating appropriate stock balancing activities across the network.
  • Act as the main Point of Contact for other team members in terms of problems or escalations as well coordinate their daily work and assign tasks.
  • Take an active role in product development projects.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and deep-dives to support business decisions and address non-standard situations as they arise.
  • Create, update and continuously improve internal tools and processes for simplification and optimization of daily operations.

 What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Proven experience in and solid understanding of Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Replenishment, Co-packing, Order to Cash, Logistics) or Supply Planning – ability to independently manage end-to-end processes.
  • Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint.
  • Experience within an IBP/S&OP environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct ad hoc analyses, interpret data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Problem solving skills, drive for results, and ability to handle non-standard situations with confidence.
  • Ability to delegate tasks and distribute work among others.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned processes with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication style and ability to work under time pressure.
  • Experience in working with multinational teams would be an asset.
