Service Supply Chain Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Service Supply Chain Operations based in India.

This role sits at the intersection of global service logistics, supply chain strategy, and customer operations, ensuring seamless execution of service parts planning and delivery across complex international networks. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end service supply chain performance, optimizing parts availability, and improving operational efficiency across multiple regions. The position requires close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure service-level agreements are consistently met. You will also play a key role in managing high-value global accounts while aligning supply chain execution with broader business and revenue objectives. This is a highly analytical and hands-on role where you will influence both customer satisfaction and operational profitability. The environment is fast-paced, global, and focused on continuous improvement of service logistics performance.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage end-to-end service supply chain operations including order fulfillment, service logistics, and parts planning for global accounts
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert and key point of contact for strategic customer programs and deliverables
  • Oversee service parts planning strategies to ensure optimal availability for repair and new-buy requirements
  • Manage relationships across customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal support teams to meet service level expectations
  • Drive global service logistics performance across multiple countries and forward stocking locations
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements while identifying opportunities to improve ROI and expand business value
  • Monitor and improve key operational metrics including delivery performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead or support contract negotiations, including scope expansions, upgrades, and lifecycle changes
  • Identify and implement process improvements across logistics and third-party service partners
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making for high-complexity global accounts
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in service supply chain, logistics, or global service operations
    • Strong expertise in service parts planning and global logistics execution
    • Experience managing complex, high-value global customer accounts
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs and drive operational improvements
    • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Ability to work independently and manage complex, multi-variable operational challenges
    • Strong problem-solving, planning, and stakeholder management skills
    • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage global customers and internal teams
    • Experience with service logistics optimization and third-party vendor management is highly desirable
