DISHER is currently partnering with an innovative thermal management solutions company in search of a Procurement Specialist to join their team. This organization focuses on advanced cooling technologies that help customers improve performance and efficiency across a range of industries. The Procurement Specialist is a hands-on role focused on executing day-to-day purchasing activities to support production and inventory needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for placing and tracking orders, maintaining accurate records in NetSuite ERP, and coordinating closely with operations to ensure materials are available when needed.

What you will get to do:

  • Review and manage purchase agreements, ensuring compliance with contract terms
  • Monitor spend data and present cost analysis to leadership on a regular basis
  • Process and manage purchase orders with accuracy and timely follow-through
  • Coordinate with operations to align procurement with production schedules and inventory targets
  • Ensure purchasing activity complies with the company's policies and approval workflows
  • Maintain clean, organized records in NetSuite (ERP) for spend visibility and audit readiness
  • Partner closely with engineering, operations, and finance to support production and budget goals
  • Support day-to-day procurement execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Use ERP and analytical skills to keep purchasing organized, accurate, and moving on time

What will make you successful:

  • 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite
  • Analytical skills with the ability to track spend and support purchasing decisions
  • Strong inventory knowledge and understanding of what needs to be ordered and when
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to step in and execute quickly
  • Collaborative communicator who works well across departments
